Documents Required – MBBS Admission in Uzbekistan

Before applying for MBBS in Uzbekistan through PBS Medical Academy, make sure you have all the necessary documents ready for a smooth admission and visa process.

Students must submit copies of their academic certificates:
  • 10th Mark Sheet & Passing Certificate
  • 12th Mark Sheet & Passing Certificate (with PCB subjects)
  • NEET Scorecard (as per NMC guidelines)

A valid **passport** is mandatory for all international students. Make sure:
  • Passport is valid for at least 1 year.
  • Provide scanned copies of the front and back pages.
  • Aadhar card or other national ID proof (for Indian records).

Students need to provide **recent passport-size photographs** as per the embassy and university requirements:
  • 6–10 Passport-size photographs (white background)
  • Matte finish, formal dress recommended

A **medical fitness certificate** issued by a registered medical practitioner is required, confirming that the student is physically and mentally fit to study abroad.
  • Includes HIV test report
  • General health check-up certificate

A **birth certificate** (in English or translated) issued by the municipal authority or other recognized institution is needed for age verification during admission and visa application.

These documents are required once the university offers admission:
  • Admission Letter from the University
  • Visa Invitation Letter (from Uzbekistan Ministry)
  • Student Visa Application Form
  • Flight Tickets & Travel Insurance

Students (or parents) must provide financial proof and consent documents as per the university and embassy requirements:
  • Bank statement (last 6 months)
  • Affidavit of support from parents/guardians
  • Consent letter from parents (for minors)
